As you may notice, there are some trucking recipes that are blocked, and the only way to unlock them is with SD cards, which can be found by Prospecting in Transport Tycoon. By doing this activity you’ll also get some other stuff like some fishing tackle, backpacks, digscanner, even upgrade kit chests, and some more. Without any further ado, let’s see how to prospect.
Unlike other jobs, prospecting won’t need you to go to a job center and get the job. You can do this job whenever you like. The only thing you need is a scanner, which can be acquired by going to the Market(Fishing/Diving), near the lifeguard of Vespucci.
Once you have the scanner go to the prospecting area, indicated with this icon: 
. The location will change every time the server restarts. After driving for a bit you should be on the spot. Press E to take out the scanner and start scanning the area.
Now when you’re near something the scanner will have some green blips in front of it closing in at a very slow rate. If you’re getting closer the blip color will change to yellow and then to Red. In this phase, the blip will close faster and faster. When you are right on the designated location you’ll hear a sound and the red blip will be full and a notification will be shown.
Now you have to left-click with the mouse to dig and get the treasure. This will award you with some exp in strength and player.
