The economy in the magic world of Railway Empire is a big thing, to learn how to make a lot of money. So, without any further ado let’s get started!
How does the economy work?
The economy of railway empire is based on the one in the real world. So you have taxes, actions, stocks, etc. Therefore, for example, if a competitor or any other company is not trading or selling stuff the price of it will go down. And at that exact moment, you are recommended to buy that specific company, and then start using their products.
How do I make big cash?
As I said before in order to make big money you can: buy competitors’ actions, buy stocks, invests in companies, or the worst method simply connecting cities. Let’s see how effective is each way:
- Actions – Yes you can buy actions and in the exact moment you have 100% actions of a specif company all the income goes to you. Or you can merge the company to manage it. If you are interested in this check out this guide
- Stocks – We recommend buying some at the beginning of the game in food. And later on, resell them to get big money.
- Companies – After a local company is connected to your rail network and is trading the price of that company will go up. Therefore you can remove the track or trains going there, and the price should go down. We still recommend buying these companies at the beginning of the game, or at least the ones that are basic. - Connecting cities – Not the best method to get money but can give you some.
How do I save cash?
The economy of Railway Empire doesn’t suppose that you save the money. With this, I mean that you are meant to spend cash but you can spend cash in a good way saving some or in a bad way without caring about cash. For example, when you build a new track you can adjust it to spend less, by don’t making tunnels or big bridges. Or buy companies when their value is low.
