PostOP on Transport Tycoon is a bit tricky, so in this guide, you’ll learn all about it, in a way you can get big money with it! Let’s jump into it!
First thing first, you have to go to the nearest job center 
and select the voice “PostOP Employee”. Now you need to know that the developers of TT decided to split the job into two parts: gaining exp, gaining exp tokens. We don’t know why the devs decided this but take a look at it!
Gaining EXP Tokens
So in order to gain some EXP tokens for the PostOP job on Transport Tycoon, you have to buy either the Boxville (300kg, 30k), or the Mule (800kg, 100k). Those can be acquired by buying them in every car dealership. Once you have bought one of them go to the PostOP mall located in the south zone of LS. There will be two icons 
one to buy the mails, one to start the route.
First, you have to buy all the mail you can, they’ll cost 100$ each, and fill your trunk till is full. Right after your trunk is full start the route and drive to the delivery points 
. When you’re on the stop the game will automatically detect that you’re standing still, it will deliver the mails. You’ll get awarded 10 EXP Tokens for each mail you deliver. Usually, you’ll deliver 3 mails per stop.
Gaining EXP
So now that you have earned all the EXP Tokens you need, you can start doing the real PostOP Job on Transport Tycoon, here is how.
Before anything else, you have to go to the nearest Aircraft Shop 
and buy the dodo (650k). Right after that drive or fly to the PostOP Airport, located in the southeast of LS. You should see two icons like this: 
. Once you landed taxi to the nearest starting point, and press E to start the route. With the first airplanes, you probably need to land in the water.
Tips
The first tip will be to get some EXP Tokens before doing the actual PostOP job on Transport Tycoon, so you can get a lot of xp out of it.
