EMS is one of the Emergency jobs on Transport Tycoon. In this guide, I’ll show you how to do it in the right way. Let’s get started.
First of all, you have to get the EMS job, this can be done by going into one of the many Job Centre 
, and selecting the voice: “EMS / Paramedic”.
Now you need to buy an ambulance, drive down to a car dealer 
and buy an ambulance. This will cost you about 10k.
How to
We’ve just seen how to prepare to start doing the EMS job on Transport Tycoon, now you need to know that you can do this job either with an ambulance or by helicopter.
Ambulance
Reach the nearest hospital and go into the yellow circle to go on duty. After a few seconds, you should receive the first callout. You’ll notice that because you’ll receive a notification and the hud in the bottom left will change.
Now follow the yellow path on the GPS till you’ve reached the location marked with this: icon. When you’re on the spot walk where the injured person is, and press E to heal them. An animation will start and after 10 sec the patient will be alive and he’ll follow you to your ambulance. Note: if the car is far, you don’t need the patient to follow you all the time, just run to the car and hop in, the patient will automatically locate you and get in the car. Once the patient is in the car drive to the nearest hospital drop-off.
Helicopter
Doing EMS job on Transport Tycoon by helicopter needs you to be level 5 with Helicopter Pilot. If you’re not check this guide to know the basics.
So doing with the helicopter is pretty the same as the ambulance one, the only difference is that you need to:
- Buy the helicopter, this will cost you about 100k and being 5 level helicopter pilot
- Spawn the helicopter in a specific garage, this will be not near to the hospital
- There are some locations that won’t allow you to park near the helicopter
Tips
- If you can buy or craft some defibkit do it, this allows you to have a 10% exp boost each call.
- Upgrade the ambulance to be faster.
- Transform into Tokex EXP all the Bonus EXP (EMS) that you have, or make an order on GrindersCo and use the code “GaTu20” for a 20% discount. Note that you have to dm the GrindersCo’s bot with the code do not put it into the additional info.
- Enter the Medical Technologies (MedTech) to have some boost in terms of vehicle speed, and exp.
