New guide on how-to Airline pilot job on Transport Tycoon server. Here you will find out how to start and at the ending a few tips. Let’s get started.
Requirements:
- First of all, you need to get the Airline Pilot job. You can set yourself by going to the job center ( ), a menu will pop up and select the voice: “Airline Pilot”. Or you can use: “Job Card: Airline Pilot” item. Note that these cards are rare, and maybe cost a bit for new players.
- Now that you have the job you need to go down to an aircraft shop ( ). There are three shops all over the map, one in LSIA (Los Santos International Airport), SSIA (Sandy Shores International Airport), MGA (Mont Gordo Airport).
Boarding Phase:
So, at this moment you should have all the requirements to start doing some flights. To start, spawn your desired airplane in either Aircraft Garage or Garage ( ). You’ll find one of these in all the airports.
When you spawn the aircraft a warning should appear, you can close it by pressing ESC. Now with your airplane drive to the nearest starting point, the icon will look like this: .
To start the job you need to be standing in the yellow circle. When you are stopped just press E and you will automatically board the passengers. Note that the time depends on how big your airplane is.
Takeoff – Flight – Landing Phase:
After boarding the passengers you are ready to fly. There are a few important steps you need to do first. You can find a guide here on how to take off and land in the correct way using ATC. You can find the ATC guide here.
Now you are in the air, you can look at the amazing view of Los Santos.
Once you are in the air you can check where you have to land. You can check it by looking in the bottom left corner of your screen and should be a voice named: “Destination: “. If you know where the airport is you don’t even need to open the map, but if you don’t, here is how. To check where the destination is open the map and search for this icon: or a voice named: “Destination airport” (example: “LSIA Terminal 2”) in the right menu.
Deboarding Phase:
After you land you have to taxi your plane into the terminal, the icon will be the same as shown before. When you are near the deboarding zone a yellow circle should appear, just go into it and press E to start the deboarding operation. Once you have finished the deboarding phase it should give you some exp and some exp tokens. Right after you deboard the boarding phase should automatically start, just wait a few secs and you will be ready to start another flight.
Tips:
- Use the right runways, if you have a small airplane use the Jet runway or the side one, never use the main one.
- Convert exp tokens into bonus exp to get a small exp bonus.
- Make sure that you are using the best airplane you can use.
