If you are tired of doing the normal firefighter, you always have the chance to work as an Aerial Firefighter on Transport Tycoon. Which is a bit different and has some requirements. Let’s take a look at them.
Requirement
So, in order to work as an Aerial Firefighter on Transport Tycoon, you have to be at least level 20 firefighter and level 20 airline pilot. In addition to that, you need 2mil to buy the first waterbomber.
Introduction
In order to be able to work as an Aerial Firefighter on Transport Tycoon, you need to drive to the LSIA where the Aircraft shop is located. Once you’re there just select the voice: “Aerial Firefighter”. Done that you have to buy the waterbomber, this can be done by going into one of the 3 Aircraft Shops, all over the map and buy the first waterbomber available. Now spawn the aircraft and wait for the first callout.
Job
Now, that you’ve just received the first callout, what you need to do? First of all, you need to get in the air by following the rules, so using the ATC and a proper runway takeoff. Fly over the designated zone and open the tank while you are right above the smoke. There’s no need to have the tank open from one point to another point, just simply open and close it when you are over the zone. We recommend flying in a way where you are able to take more points at once. Therefore you won’t need to go back and forth a lot of time.
Refilling the tank
So, we’ve just seen the basics of the Aerial Firefighter specialized job on Transport Tycoon, now let’s talk about the tank. All the waterbombers have different capacities. Since that, with the first waterbomber, you are gonna probably need to refill the tank a lot of time for the same call. Refilling the tank is pretty easy, you just need to land over any source of water and press the space button to open the tank. This action may take a while if you have a huge tank.
