What are companies?
Basically, companies on Transport Tycoon are a sort of a verified group. They come with some custom jobs, custom cars, and even headquarters.
How to join a company?
In order to get into a Company on Transport Tycoon, you have to compile the company’s join application, which can be found in #companies on TT’s discord server. All the company members/applicants must respect those rules:
- You must be a minimum level 30 Strength to join any company. If you don’t have strength lvl 30 check this guide out
- When you leave a company you must wait 7 days before you can join another company.
- Company vs company drama, trash-talking, and bullying is prohibited.
- Company vehicles must only be used for company work or leisure.
- No exploiting of any kind, if you find an exploit within your company it must be reported immediately and not shared.
- Companies may not reject any application unless they do not meet the clearly laid out requirements or have previously been fired with permission from the Company Directors.
- Companies may only fire members for either not meeting turn-in requirements, breaking these rules, or clearly laid out rules for the specific company with permission from Company Directors.
- Companies and their management are expected to be fair and respectful at all times, bullying by companies and management will not be tolerated.
Note that each company can have different requirements.
Which company should I join?
On Transport Tycoon there are four different companies: CollinsCo, Imperial Airlines, Pandas Illicit Gains Syndicate, and Rockwell Corporation.
CollinsCo

Imperial Airlines
Imperials Airlines, as the name suggests, is a professional airline company. IA has the best pilots on the server. While you are an IA worker you have three different choices: 2 flying jobs and one trucking job.
IA operates with this fleet:
- Airbus A340-600
- Boeing 757-300
- Airbus A320-200
- Imperial T4A VTOL Shuttle
- Imperial Custom Trailer
- F-22
In order to apply, you have to be at least level 30 in Strength and level 80 in Airline Pilot. Due to IA evaluation and training process, they take more time to hire new members. Once your application is “accepter” you’ll be invited to a quick 1 on 1 interview with one of IA managers. If the manager thing that you are a great fit once corporate trainer will be assigned to you, with an A340-600 aircraft. Once you are sufficiently trained, you’ll be moved to a series of flight evaluations, which are confidential. If you pass this evaluation you’ll have access to join.
